Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dependable Foreman to lead our scaffolding crew in Raleigh, NC. In this full-time role, you will oversee day-to-day scaffold construction operations, ensure job site safety, and guide your team to deliver quality results on time. This is a leadership position suited for someone who leads by example and thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Supervise and coordinate scaffold construction crews on active job sites
  • Plan and direct daily work assignments to ensure project timelines are met
  • Enforce safety protocols and ensure all team members follow OSHA and company standards
  • Inspect completed scaffold structures for quality and compliance
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between crew and project management
  • Operate and oversee the use of company vehicles for equipment transport
  • Train and mentor junior crew members on proper scaffold techniques
  • Maintain accurate records of site progress, materials, and crew attendance

Job Requirements :

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Proven experience as a Foreman in scaffold construction or a related field
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • In-depth knowledge of scaffold assembly, safety standards, and best practices
  • No exaggerated fear of heights
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to continue learning and adapting to project demands
