Job Description

Contractors Access Equipment is hiring Scaffold Crew Members to join our team in Atlanta, GA. This is a full-time, hands-on position responsible for the assembly, dismantling, and maintenance of scaffolding structures across commercial and industrial job sites. If you are a reliable team player who is comfortable working at heights and eager to build a career in the scaffold industry, we want to hear from you.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Assemble and dismantle scaffolding structures according to project specifications and safety standards
  • Transport and organize scaffold materials and equipment on job sites
  • Inspect scaffold components for damage or defects before and after use
  • Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols at all times
  • Work alongside Foremen and crew leads to meet project deadlines
  • Load and unload equipment from company vehicles as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area on site

Job Requirements :

  • No exaggerated fear of heights — comfort working at elevated levels is essential
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Willingness to learn scaffold assembly techniques on the job
  • Valid driver’s license preferred
  • Ability to lift and handle heavy materials
  • Prior experience in scaffolding, construction, or a labor-intensive trade is a plus but not required
